Policies

The fastest and easiest way to reserve with us (24 hours per day, 7 days a week) is to use our secure online reservations system. You can also call us between the hours of 9:00AM and 7:00PM Mountain Standard Time at 403-985-0306.

• You must agree to the policies before submitting the request.
• Please contact us for visits greater than 14 nights.
• Three Peaks Banff has a strict no parties or special events policy. Failure to comply with this policy and local noise bylaws may result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund.
• All reservations require the first night charged as an immediate non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied to the balance of your reservation. The deposit can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
• Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to check-in, or the whole amount of the reservation will be charged.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
• Check-In Time: after 3PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Please note, our online reservation system may block any reservation requests that do not meet the policy requirements. Please email us with any special requests.
